A beautiful, 61degree and climbing morning in Atlanta......the roads are just picking up the desperate Urban traffic........time to return to the 'indoors'........coffee with the birds, chipmunks, squirrels and their watchful overseer, a huge grey owl that keeps its distance when I am sitting on the back steps......overhead, a pair of hawks circle about......then the mindless, human noises penetrate the air......cars with their radios blaring, sweating joggers, running where the action is.....all with their ears plugged with whatever they're channeling to their brains or talking on their mobiles......., the the morning cycle of trash thrown from moving cars and the hands of passerbys.....such is Living in the 'Big Town"......at least, it's the weekend, and a half million are still abed......I'm going to curl up and watch the rest of Billie Whitelaw, Lawrence Harvey and Elizabeth Taylor's tediously trendy film, "Night Watch" that characterizes early 1970's obsession with upper middle class fashionable neurotics.....just to see how it ends......the sun will have opened the clouds by its final credits......
