To 'hear' what's 'going on' in the Pop Music Scene.....I tried to watch/listen to August 20th's MTV Video Music Awards......but, after only less than ten minutes, agreed that “[Songwriting is] an impersonal, assembly-line-driven process that would make Henry Ford proud.” ........Popular Culture has always reflected the Idiocy of Sameness and Conventional Sentiment...... Rather than continue the torture of the inane, narcissistic commentary and the banality of 'teen spirit' lobotomization, my finger rushed to the "OFF" button and I listened to a CD of music that says something...to me......
