In my role as a 'Jewelry Aesthetician'.......I get lots of 'questions' about just about every aspect of 'the subject'.......This morning, I was sent a photo of a ring, being offered to a friend's granddaughter, as 'bait for betrothal'.....with the inquiry: "Should she accept his proposal?"...... (I was tempted to tell both her and the prospective groom to be wary! *even though the 'proposal' instrument was quite beautiful.......) I asked 'Grannie' what the 'question' really was........her reply: "Well, he has enough money to have gotten the little 'hooker' a 'Bigger Diamond'!....My first couple of husbands 'did better than that!'
'Caveat Emptor', I'm thinking........"poor fellow".......
