Not Again!

My 'tenant' has repeatedly abused both my washer and dryer, cramming inappropriate items into both, resulting in my having to replace the washer and purchase and replace the belts on the dryer......I admonished her for repeatedly doing this, in the hope that she would not be such a threat to the (hopefully) long lives of these machines.......this must have (again) fallen on deaf ears; for, this morning, hearing loud, banging noises...two flights away....i rushed to the laundry room.....15' from where my friend was watching her blaring television, apparently either oblivious to the racket or indifferent.....to witness the washing machine banging around.......the picture above depicts what was under the lid......AGAIN!......I'm spitting nails.......
